Terms of participation among the Assessment team for the second round of the Award 2020

Candidate requirements:

  1. should not be an employee of the government apparatus or a member of the teaching staff in Egyptian government colleges.
  2. appropriate academic qualification (Bachelor’s degree as a minimum).
  3. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of practical experience (government work experience is an advantage)
  4.  Aware of the basic principles of quality management systems, institutional concepts and government excellence.
  5. Ability to write technical reports in Arabic.
  6. Resident certified for quality management systems and / or an assessment certified for one of the institutional excellence models.
  7. Ability to work within a team
  8. Fluent in verbal and written communication skills (in Arabic)
  9. Ability to use advanced MS Office software.
  10. Full-time and flexibility for field visits to the different governorates of Egypt during the assessment period (25 to 35 working days during the months of August and September 2020)
  11. Participation in one of the local, regional and / or international Excellence Awards as a resident or team leader is an advantage.
